Rental T&Cs

Returns:

  • By using our services, you commit to returning each rented Product (excluding purchased items) to CouturEncore on or before the specified Product Return Date.

  • Immediate return upon marking the item as "returning" or as indicated in the order invoice or these Terms.

  • Optional extension of the rental period for a Product at our discretion, subject to prepayment of additional fees.

  • Products obtained through Membership Services do not require return until marked as "returning" or Membership Services are Canceled or Paused (refer to FAQs for details).


    Refunds:
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business weeks after we receive the returned items and confirm their good condition.

  • Refundable Security Deposit: The security deposit will be fully refunded if the items are returned in good condition with no major damages.

  • Order Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your order before the scheduled rental date, a partial refund will be provided.


Damaged or Unreturned Items:

In the event of significant damages to the rented items or failure to return them within the specified time frame:

  • Penalty: Failure to return items on time will incur a daily penalty of at least $500.

  • Legal Action: If items are not returned within 7-10 days, a formal police complaint may be filed, followed by a legal notice to the client.
