How to Place an Order?
1. Select Your Outfit: Browse our exclusive collection and pick your favorite.
2. Choose Rental Duration: The default rental duration is 5 days, reach out to us for longer rental duration.
3. Schedule and Address: Add your rental dates while placing the order and provide your delivery address. The outfit arrives on the first day of rental before noon.
4. Payment and Confirmation: Complete the payment process. You’ll receive an email confirmation, and our team will contact you for custom fitting details.
Rental Duration
To ensure a perfect fit and satisfaction, we offer rentals for 5 days.
For longer rental duration, please reach out to hello@couturencore.com.
How to return?
Repack your outfit: Put your outfit(s) back in the garment bag/box they arrived in.
Ship It: Your order includes a pre-paid return shipping label. Simply attach it to the bag and ship it on the final day of your rental period.
Book in Advance
You can Reserve your outfit up to 12 months prior or at least 2-5 days before your event.
